Good afternoon, friends and family!
The weather this morning looked fairly scary, as winds were blowing around 20 mph at our anchorage behind the breakwater wall. We could see out into Lake Erie and it looked rather nasty. Not wanting to press our luck, we decided to seek shelter at a great little marina just a mile from our anchorage. Of course all the storms ended up moving to our north, but we still made the right decision to stay tucked in due to the wind.
So we have been organizing things and taking care of some maintenance, as well as a much needed shower. The plan looks like we’ll be leaving the boat here until the next leg. Lots of nice folks around to keep an eye on Neverland!
