\ufffc Hello friends and family!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today started at 6 AM, as I got up and tried to assess the problem on Neverland with the alternator. Turns out it just needed a belt, and I just happened to have one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 7:20 I left my anchorage and headed towards Detroit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I reached the entrance to the Detroit River at about noon. There were lots of boats on the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This commercial barge tried to kill me<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

I didn\u2019t make as much mileage as I had hoped today, but I was facing a two knot current that slowed me down quite a bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I arrived at Lake St. Clair at 7 o\u2019clock and dropped the anchor next to the nicest yacht club I\u2019ve ever seen. I can smell them grilling out steaks over there, but I\u2019ll be having soup and then hitting the bed. Another early start tomorrow!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
